1. How old do I need to be to become a member?

Man's Country is a private club for men. You must be a male who is 18 years of age or older with a valid picture ID to become a member of the Club.

2. What do I need to become a member?

A valid photo ID that shows your Name, Address, and Date of Birth. This can be a Drivers License, a Government Issued ID or a Passport. We cannot accept an ID issued by anyone else. We do NOT accept a picture of your drivers license, ID card or passport that you might have in your cell phone photo album. Only a physical valid Government issued photo identification is accepted.

3. Can I become a member anonymously?

No, in order to comply with the laws governing private clubs in the State of Illinois and the City of Chicago, we must see proof of your identification.

4. How much does it cost to join?

Man's Country Chicago lifetime membership costs $15.00

5. What kinds of memberships do you have?

We have only one kind of membership: a lifetime membership for $ 15.00

6. Can I take a tour before I purchase a membership?

No, because we are a private, membership club, you must purchase a membership before we can allow you to enter the club. This is also done to protect the other members.

7. Do you accept credit cards?

No. Cash only, however there is an ATM located in the outer lobby of the front desk.

8. Is there a safe place for my valuables?

Yes, we provide a free Security Box upon request. We strongly urge you to take advantage of this free service and cannot assume any responsibility for your valuables. Just keep a few bucks with you for sodas & snacks.

9. What is your dress code?

Man's Country does not have a dress code! You can wear pretty much anything, as long as you feel comfortable with what you're wearing! Keep in mind that most of our customers walk around in a towel or totally naked!

10. I am an older man. Am I going to have fun?

We do hope so! We attract all types of guys with lots of different tastes.

11. What does Man's Country do with the personal information that I provide?

Nothing. Our database is maintained on a secure computer that is not connected to anything else. The database is password protected and accessible only to the management of the Club. We never send any written announcements to any of our membership using the information provided when you join the club. If you like, however, you can join our mailing list and we will keep you posted about up and coming events and entertainment.

12. Can I enter your club with a fake name?

Sorry but absolutely not! In order to enter the club you are obligated to present a valid Government photo id. A valid photo id is: your current driver's license, your current state id card, your passport, your green card!

13. Is it possible to make a room reservation?

No. We do not take rooms reservations. Our policy is first come first served.

14. Are there any in and out privileges?

No, we don't offer any in and out privileges! If you leave the club, you'll have to pay to enter again! So remember to bring everything you need before you check in!

15. Do you offer refunds if I don't like your club?

No! We do not offer refunds of any kind! All sales are final!

16. I'm a member of another private club, is there any kind of discount or privilege?

Sorry but no! We do not offer any kind of discount or privilege for members of other clubs!

17. We are a couple, can we share the cost of a dressing room?

No! Each person checks in individually, so each one of you must pay for your own room or locker.

18. What are hours are you open?

Man's Country is open 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week, 364 Days a Year. The only day of the year that we close is on Christmas Eve at 4:00 PM and we re-open on Christmas Day at 8 PM.

19. What are the busiest day or days?

While Friday and Saturday nights are generally the busiest, it is impossible for us to predict member attendance since it relies upon factors that are beyond our control. Some of the factor that determine how busy the we might be are the Chicago Weather, the scheduled entertainment on a Friday or Saturday night, and whether the night you are planning to attend is during a Holiday period.

20. For how long can I stay in Man's Country Chicago?

All changing room and lockers are rented for a period of 8 hours. If you want you may renew your room or locker only one time for a second 8 hour period. If you have renewed your room or locker you must leave the premises for a period of at least 8 hours before you will be allowed to return. Be informed that Man's Country does NOT allow or encourage overtime, not only overtime rates are more expensive than regular rates, when a customer is in overtime their membership is at risk of being revoked.

21. What will happen if I stay in overtime?

Man's Country Chicago does NOT allow or encourage overtime, so once your time is up, your locker number or room number will be called over the PA system! At this time, depending on your status, you must report to front desk to either renew your stay or to check out. If you refuse to report to the front desk you'll be charged for overtime and depending on your status, you could have your membership suspended or terminated.

22. Can I bring alcohol to your club? Are drugs allowed?

No! No! And no! Alcohol and drugs are absolutely NOT allowed in the club! If you are caught sneaking alcohol in the club or in the possession of illegal drugs, your membership will be terminated immediately. Having your membership terminated means that you will never be allowed in the club again!

23. Can I play my own music in the club?

Man’s Country Chicago has restrictions against the use of audio producing devices, such as radios, mp3 players, cell phones. Customers who are caught playing their own music will be asked to leave the club, and if they insist, they could have their membership suspended. So the answer is no, you cannot play your own music while in the club.

24. Can I smoke inside Man's Country Chicago?

Man's Country Chicago allows smoking ONLY in the area identified as designated Smoking Area. All other areas in the club, smoking is strictly prohibited. Customers caught smoking outside the designated area will be removed from the club WITHOUT a refund and will have their membership suspended for up to 6 months

25. I am into barebacking, is this allowed in your club?

Thanks for sharing and sorry to hear that, so if you're caught promoting unsafe sex in our club, you will be asked to leave the club immediately! If you insist, your membership will be terminated!

26. I need to contact a Man's Country customer, how can I do that?

You can't! Due to customer privacy, we do NOT give out any information about our customers.

27. What kind of clientele you have?

Man's Country's customers come in all sizes, shapes and colors. From 18 years old to 100 years old. Experienced and Inexperienced alike; whether they're in the Closet or the Door has fallen off the hinges; they are Black, White, Brown, Yellow, Red, and every other color of the Rainbow; with interests that range from plain vanilla, to leather, to kink and everything in between.

28. How do I get to Man's Country?

Man's Country is located at 5015 North Clark Street in Chicago. If you're taking the El, get off at the Argyle stop on the Red Line and walk approximately 10 minutes west to Clark Street. Then turn right and go North approximately 200 feet. If you're taking the bus, take the Number 22 Clark Street bus to Winnemac and walk South 100 feet to our door. For more information on getting to MansCountry via Public Transportation in Chicago, please use the Chicago Transit Authority's Web Site's Trip Planner, or call them at 1-888-YOUR-CTA.
If you are driving to MansCountry, please use the convenient mapping and direction software from MapQuest. This will bring up a map showing where we are located. It will also allow you to enter the address from which you are coming and give you detailed driving directions.

29. Does Man's Country Chicago offer parking?

No, unfortunately we do NOT offer parking. Street Parking is the only option available. On Clark Street you will have to pay the parking meters, most cost $1.50 per hour and must be paid every day between 8 am until 9 pm. Most of the side streets, such as Argyle - Winnemac - Carmen, do not have parking meters. We strongly suggest you to try finding parking on side streets, since Man's Country Chicago does NOT offer in & out privileges.
